News: Cybersecurity gets new guidance by the IMDRF
The International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF) released a 45 paged guidance on the new best practices and general principles to facilitate the cybersecurity of medical devices. The guidance is the comprehensive study and analysis, put together by the officials of the U.S Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada.
The guidance primarily focuses on both pre-market and post-market cybersecurity considerations for manufacturers, regulators, health providers, and other stakeholders.
