Refund,Reschedule, and Cancellation Policy
At grcmeeting.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of a webinar. Our commitment is to provide you with flexible options in such situations. Please review our updated refund policy:
1. Webinar Access
Access to Live webinar joining links, Transcriptions, Downloadable recorded sessions, and Webinar slides/Handouts is facilitated through the grcmeeting.com app, as specified in the invoice. If registrants encounter any issues or face difficulty accessing any of the just mentioned, we encourage them to reach out to our customer support team at 661 336 9555 or 661 336 9565 on a real-time basis. Please note that grcmeeting.com cannot be held responsible if a registrant encounters challenges in gaining access to the purchased material or webinar.
2. Force Majeure
grcmeeting.com shall not be liable for any failure, cancelation, reschedule, or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, speaker sickness, technical issues, or other labor disputes.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the rare event of a webinar cancellation or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, such as insufficient registrations, speaker illness, or force-majeure events, attendees will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time by our webinar team via call and email.
If a webinar is canceled, it may be rescheduled, and attendees will promptly receive the new date. We also reserve the right to substitute the current webinar with another at a different time, day, or conducted by a different speaker.
Refund/Alternate Options
For Cancellations or Rescheduling, we offer the following options:
- Attend the same webinar at a newly rescheduled date and/or time.
- Access the same webinar stream (1-Time Recording) if the new date is inconvenient.
- Choose a different webinar of equal value at a future date.
- Exchange for on-demand recordings (past events) totaling the original amount paid.
- If a registrant opts for a refund, we can initiate the refund exclusively in the form of a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months, equal to the original amount paid.
4. Webinar or training material cancelation post-purchase.
Upon the purchase of any Live Webinar or Webinar-related training material, including but not limited to a Live Session, Live + Recorded Session, Live + Transcript, or Live + USB, please note that grcmeeting.com will not entertain refund requests. In rare instances where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will only be initiated in the form of a Credit Voucher. This voucher will be valid for 12 months and will be equivalent to the original amount paid.
